Restorative Dentistry for Damaged or Missing Teeth
Dental Implants
Dental implants are titanium posts designed to replace lost tooth roots. They can replace one, several, or all of your teeth and provide unrivaled support for custom, lifelike restorations. Implants keep dentures and other restoration firmly in place as you chew and speak.
Dental Crowns
Dental crowns are tooth-shaped restorations that provide support for weakened, damaged teeth, restoring the ability to properly chew and enunciate. Your restoration can be made from several different materials. For the most lifelike appearance, we typically recommend porcelain.
Dental Bridges
A dental bridge can fill a gap left by missing teeth, restoring your appearance and oral function. Traditional bridges are made of several fused crowns and will fit over neighboring healthy teeth, which provide support for the bridge. We also offer permanent implant-supported bridges.
Tooth-colored Fillings
Dr. Goodman provides tooth-colored dental fillings, the most natural-looking and biocompatible way to restore a tooth following cavity treatment. Tooth-colored fillings consist of a special resin that achieves a more secure bond with the tooth for superior long-term results.
Full Mouth Reconstruction
If your dental health is severely compromised, you may be a good candidate for full mouth reconstruction. Dr. Goodman will combine treatments to completely restore the function, health, comfort, and appearance of your smile. Some patients also choose to include cosmetic procedures.
